The beach area is quite lovely and relaxing.
The room was not clean, with mold present and an unpleasant smell, made it hard to relax. The lack of hot water in the bathroom and the broken toilet added to my frustration, not to mention the consistent problems with the TV and minimal Wi-Fi access.

Hot days in Hurghada 🌞
Staff were super friendly and sorted us with a new room after a dodgy start. Had a lekker view of the sea from our balcony, even if it was a partial one. The food was solid, with some nice variety every day!...

The staff, especially in the restaurant, were great, enhancing our dining experience.
We found the cleanliness in our room was lacking, as the linens appeared worn and the bathroom surfaces needed better attention.

Except the service, which is poor, the price was good, just 33 $ for a night.
There is a problem with the service in this hotel. I was alone at the reception and I spent 1 hour before I receive the key of the room. Receptionists used do not be at reception, but at bathroom or somewhere else.

Setuated in the heart of the city.
Worst stay I ever had in my life, rooms are dirty, old, elevator can stop in any time (with you inside) and no body moves to help you!!!! fridge smells like a died dog, I eat better in any local restaurant! We pay money to have better things, but I got the worst of everything!... You should be ashamed to have this hotel in your page!!

would definitely come back there.
Room had great air conditioning and a balcony. Minibar was useful. The bath was nice with body soap and shampoo provided. Tv and phone added convenience. Pools were relaxing, especially the outdoor ones. The hot tub and sauna were great. Spa facilities were excellent for unwinding after a day out.

The hotel is located in a district with many shops and good restaurants (E.G., "The Red Sea Fish" is highly recommended). The beach is across the road.
Oh, where do I start?.. 1) When checking in, my wife and I were told that the price we booked our room at Booked.net was not correct, and that we had to pay approximately 30% more. In addition, they did not want to check us in without paying extra $45/person for the hotel's New Year party. We did not want to attend that party and insisted on the price originally indicated at Booked.net. As a result, we spent over 1 hour at the reception trying to settle all these things (and we arrived at 12:30 am!). After all, they did let us in for the original price, but only with breakfast included, whereas our booking was supposed to be half-board. 2) They could have done a much better job with cleaning: the first thing we found in the shower was somebody's hairs on the wall, along with dried soap foam. The roll of toilet paper had some strange fatty spots on it. And there was someone's used toothpick laying next to the washbasin. Only after we asked them the next morning, they cleaned everything. 3) They had the same food for breakfast every single day, so by the end of our 1-week stay we were already sick of it. Often, by the end of breakfast time they would run out of real cups and then one would be offered to use a plastic cup instead (!). The only drinkable thing they had was tea. The coffee was only instant (!), and the juices were not really juices but more like some strange colorful liquids... 4) The rooms are not sound-proofed at all. One can easily hear what neighbors are doing, and of course all those discos that never stop earlier than 2 am. So if you are a sensitive sleeper, you'll be suffering. 5) The description at Booked.net said there would be free Internet available in public areas. That's far from reality. Every day at the reception they kept saying that the Internet is not functional at the moment but will be fixed tomorrow. Nothing was fixed during our stay.

Large clean room; good beds; hot water; good central location with private beach; price paid for our one night stay.
Hotel seen better days; old balcony furniture; TV set and lifts - both not working.

The location offers easy access to the beach and is conveniently situated near shops and restaurants. The staff, particularly Emad at reception and Abu El Makarem from housekeeping, consistently provide really good service with a smile. Dining is diverse, with globally inspired dishes that are both delicious and plentiful. The check-in process was somewhat lengthy, and noise from the nearby street could be a distraction at times, along with limited space in the dining area during peak hours.
